Better yet:
Cut a wedge out of a large potato. Fill with garlic, rosemary, black pepper, chive and creamy white cheese. Either put it in the microwave in some container for 5-10 minutes or wrap it in tinfoil and put it in the over for 30-45 minutes.

why would saying white cheese make you 7? that makes no sense at all. are you sure you're not 7?
take out desired amount of potatoes. poke 4 rows of hole on each side. cover each potato lightly in oil, then salt and pepper each side. if you have an 1100 watt microwave, a softball size potato should take 7 mins. Cut time in half and flip each potato.. use your own judgement for time. Once potatos are done let them sit 5 minutes then cover them in any number of these: butter or margarine, black pepper, basil, oregano,thyme, rosemary, tony chacheres creole seasoning, parsley, onion powder, salt, block cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, dill, sour cream, horseradish, old bay, cayenne.
Or you can just google microwave baked potatoes.
