Bongs. Every single time...
This here is my own peeler, sold by Le Crueset. I like it because the handle is huge and the uhh yoke(??) that houses the blade is made of steel whereas cheaper peelers use plastic there.
Nothing better imo. Very light and professional.

Ok next up I've got this Microplane grater/zester. It's pretty cash. I've been using it a lot to grate garlic since it's faster than mincing with with a knife and requires less cleanup than a food processor. Unless you're working with lots of garlic at once, microplane is the way to go.

Thanks Alton. Wise perspective to have as a home cook but if you're a professional and have to prep bushels of potatoes quickly, you'll unserstand why those are essential. Also various fruit and vegetable peels make nice garnishes.

Use the bottle opener to open some cheap wine, cut open the ramen package and sachet with that camping knife and then take it to flavour town by crushing some garlic into the ramen.
Just jokes through, I like the look of that garlic press.

the bottle opener has a hinge on the top part, no more broken corks. used daily and will service a long time
