I don't think often but I really wanna get hammered today. I figure maybe I owe it to myself because I don't take enough breaks. But I have a huge problem with being a total bitch with alcohol, specifically the mornings after. I always wake up with really bad stomache cramps/back aches, I was told it has something to do with the beating you're giving your kidneys and being dehydrated.
Any tips for avoidig this kinda stuff? I know about vitamin B+C and drinking water. Any recommended foods?
