Looking for some recipe ideas, I'm making cannabis desserts with coconut oil, thus, I need a RICH recipe that I can put 11 tablespoons of coconut oil in. The idea is to distribute the coconut oil between 12 brownies, cupcakes, cookies, etc. Lots of fat, I want something that works with that. Was thinking about using brownie mix but that's for quitters, homemade brownies are swell but I want something a little more delicious.

Red velvet cookes are also delicious with cream cheese icing

Fudge bomb cupcakes- chocolate cupcake core it and whip up a soft fudge frosting with walnuts/pecans or
Eggless cookie dough frosting would also suffice

All the recommendations in this thread are great, I'll use a few for the next batch, but for now I need a quick homemade brownie recipe that will fill out a 13 x 9 pan.

How about this:

>1/4 cup brown sugar
>2 eggs
>teaspoon vanilla
>1/2 cup + two tablespoons flour
