CLQ are really cheap by me.(39- 59 cents a lb) so they've become all i eat. Love em. But ive found that i can pan fry them in their own fat and now i dont need to buy oil. Only problem. Is they stick to the pan unless i let them almost burn. Can't find a recipe online. Anybody else do this? Everybody else do this?. Tldr... CLQ fried in its own grease techniques

I cook mine in the oven at 375 until the skin is crispy as fuark. Tastes good man. Usually pour the chicken oil over rice.
Cast iron skilett. Oven ain't work in years.... Broke as fuck desu. Eat this shit daily.

Came out bretty gude.... Crispy and tender. Seasoned with cummin salt pepper and tarragon. Gonna eat dis shit wit rice and navy beans
