I got a variety of hot sauces for christmas and they had a variety called datil. It was a subtle but powerful spice and I liked it but the brand itself seemed kinda shitty
Anybody know any good brands that use a "datil" pepper or whatever datil is?

Rooster meme sauce is really good as a marinade or general baking cum. Chicken thighs for about 1 hour in the fridge or longer if you want it hotter than baked up and a little longer if you want it hot want it hot want it hot

i like Caesar dressing with tabasco
Firehouse Subs uses Datil in their house sauce and while it's not that hot it's fucking delicious, I highly recommend it if there's one nearby.
