i made a big batch of pasta dough the other day with eggs since i got a pasta machine.
How long will it keep in the fridge for?

I've done up to a few days in plastic wrap. Maybe 1 or 2 days for already rolled and shaped pasta. Shirt turns nasty brown.

You can get longer with a foodsaver. I've had good results after freezing it for months.
