I might be able to play along with this if the slices weren't paper thing. Cucumber does not have much flavour, it tastes mostly like water. It's great for putting on ham or salami or any kind of sandwich meat like that, because the flavour goes really well on a sandwich, but by itself it's just nothing.

It's probably tasty, but you're eating some dreadfully empty calories between the butter and the bread, with no sort of real protein or other nutrient to compensate.
My go-to is probably a hot roast beef sandwich with a bit of provolone melted on top. It's nothing fancy, but it's got a solid foundation.

so /ck/ today i invented a dish that i personally think is delicous. Its called the sumbmersible sandwich. Baisically the idea is that you take your favorite soup or broth and then build a sandwich to your preference and then take the sandwich put it in a bowl cover with soup microwave. The one i just made was chicken broth with a sandwich that was white bread, roast beef, cheddar, and tomato slices. Then covered the top with more cheddar and french fried onions. Then i ate it and jizzed all over.
