I'll start a thread about infographs, but I'm actually looking for an anon in particular that helped me out on Christmas with a cookie recipe then left a link to their other infographs.
I made the cookies and they turned out great, but my computer auto updated before I could grab the link.

If you wait till the water is boiling, throw the eggs in there, then turn the stove off so the water cools, the egg will be easier to peel when running under cool water and you will still have a nice boiled egg.
