1 oz lime
1 oz orange
1 oz pineapple
1 t. maple syrup (get the real shit, no aunt jemima)
1 dash angostura bitters

Shake it up and pour into a tall glass

1 oz gold virgin island rum
1 oz gold jamaican rum
1 oz demerara rum
3/4 oz lime juice
3/4 oz white grapefruit
3/4 oz honey syrup
1 dash angostura

Shake with crushed ice, then add 1 oz soda water and pour all into lowball glass.

Nui Nui
2 oz gold virgin islands rum
1/2 oz lime
1/2 oz orange
1/4 oz cinnamon syrup
1.5 tsp vanilla syrup
1.5 tsp allspice dram
2 dashes angostura

Shake with ice cubes and pour into tall glass.

Penang Afrididi
1.5 oz white puerto rican rum
1.5 oz gold virgin islands rum
1/2 oz lime
1/2 oz orange
1/2 oz pineapple
1/2 oz passionfruit syrup
1/8 tsp absinthe

Shake with crushed ice and pour into cocktail glass.
