Hey /ck/, what do you think of Thai food? Personally I think Pad Thai is their only good dish. The Chinese do fried rice better, and the Indians do curry better. Are there any other iconic Thai dishes I'm missing?
I like Tom Yum soup when it's made with high quality ingredients.
No OP, you nailed it. Only three Thai dishes exist, and the only worth eating is the one with the word "Thai" in it.
Nah Thai curry isn't worse than Indian curry. It's fundamentally different. One uses milk as a base while the other uses coconut milk. Also try Larb, it's pretty good
