I'm a Italian almost chef.. Well I'm in germany and after some hard work I'll kinda have to arrange a kitchen alone, some part menu will change and they asked me to search some dishes with pork meat,( cause it cost the less) that can be of a good level for a restaurant.. Any ideas?

Right, pork is still okay in Italy the Arabs haven't completely taken over your country...in Germany.. where every person wears a hijab and mandress, you can't make pork. It's not halal m8.

Caspio l'arrosto al latte nn ci avevo pensato minimamente anche se lo adoro, grazie, stinco qui nn vita tanto .. Farò scaloppe varie e boh.. Cmq ho entrecote e tagliata già in carta e volevo introdurre anche cose tipo involtini o code del genere

I change the menu weekly where I work.
The owner gave me creative ownership of the kitchen...that's the job of a Chef, to keep things new and exciting to entice more people to eat in your establishment.
