I'm a Italian almost chef.. Well I'm in germany and after some hard work I'll kinda have to arrange a kitchen alone, some part menu will change and they asked me to search some dishes with pork meat,( cause it cost the less) that can be of a good level for a restaurant.. Any ideas?

I change the menu weekly where I work.

The owner gave me creative ownership of the kitchen...that's the job of a Chef, to keep things new and exciting to entice more people to eat in your establishment.
