I recently acquired a metric fuckton of Potatoes.
Like, 4 bags for 5 dollars.
What are some simple French Fry, Potato Chip, Potato Wedge recipes you guys can share?
Im thinking of making Potato Chips, but most Online Recipes require me to have a fryer, dutch oven, etc.
Im talking more practical, like olive oil and a Baking Sheet and etc.

Honestly, deep frying them in a pot of oil is pretty damn simple. Fast too. All you need is a pot you can put on your stove and some oil to fill it.

Oven is a pain in the ass for fries and it's difficult to get them to come out nice and crisp. There's a reason they're called "fries" and not "bakes".

Cut into wedges, peeled
Into boiling H2O for a minute
remove to another big pot, SHAKE THEM for a few seconds
Place on greased sheet, cover w foil
Exceptional crust
