so on wednesday i'm doing some sort of filled pasta followed by a dish of cod, spiced squash puree and quinoa cooked in lamb broth, with capers and peas and tarragon. some kind of light dessert i haven't thought about yet.

thursday i'm doing a ham and we're gonna have it with some red cabbage and some cheese before going out on the piss

friday morning i'm doing eggs benedict/royale with some asparagus then we're going for a walk then it's traditional turkey crown, turkey roulade, bread sauce, roasties, parsnips, sprouts, broccoli, carrots, gravy, stuffing. think my mum's gonna do a pavlova for dessert and traditionally i make these chocolate melting middle cupcake things with either chestnut or cranberry ganache in the centre.

leftovers for the next couple of days then my dad's gonna come by and either some kind of beef or a porchetta, haven't talked to the family about it yet

then some family friends are coming by and i think i'm supposed to be doing a coulibiac but there's also a vegetarian so i have to come up with something else.
