diemens original is hotter than franks but not as hot as tabasco. a diemens chicken wing would be considered Hot. stinger is a little hotter than tabasco and would be an X-hot or XXhot wing. what is unique about it is that like franks, it actually adds a lot of flavor, not just heat.

Hot brown is the best combo of flavor and heat, for my buck. I love the green's flavor but find it a bit too hot for putting directly onto things so it mostly is used in tomatillo sauce or guac to boost the heat and add some fruity sourness.
Red, meh flavor so I use it at times for big batches of chili or enchiladas etc. I'm honestly still using up the bottle I got a while back.
Never had the big black. Is there any flavor, or just fire?
