On an unrelated note, I've finally decided to starting eating my chicken tendies rare. I flash bake them (bake them on 490 for 30 seconds) and they taste really good, especially with some siracha and curly fries.

I've always found the spice to be strange tasting. I'm not sure why it's such a popular topping amongst kids, since it seems like the kind of thing adults would enjoy more. When I was younger, I always preferred the more baby palate stuff i.e. the more generic, salty processed flavours, ham, ground beef etc. I grew to like pepperoni as I got older.
As long as you also throw on some anchovies.
