Yeah this desu. What you've got there in the picture looks more like those noodle plates they serve at pho places, the ones with the dipping sauce and egg rolls and such, rolled up in a flat bread. Not a bad idea though, esp if you give it a little drizzle of nuoc chom or however you spell it.
