Tonights skills test was pretty good.

The ravioli is a Gordon Ramsay dish. Given that Marcus and Gordon dont get along any more, I thought it was strange that he did that.

The pigs trotter is pretty difficult too. I've made it before the same way they did it 'a la Pierre Koffman' and its not easy. Pierre still has it on his menu (or did when I made it over the summer). His restaurant is in the same hotel as Marcus' too.
