Shokugeki no Soma was pretty good.
Masterchef:The Professionals (UK) os probably the best gameshow cooking show (if you actually care about cooking).
Kitchen Nightmares (UK) was also great.
Basically all the best cooking shows are from the UK for some reason, despite their food being shit.

it used to be "blind chef", not sure what it's called in english but essentially there's a chef who tells them what to do and which ingredients to use but they have to choose those from a lot of different things. usually ends up with at least something wrong.
also gordon's ultimate cookery course is fun, with useful tips in the kitchen, how to choose ingredients,how to choose equipment and a few nice recipes per episode
