slicing gives them a completely different texture. i would prefer non-sliced on a pizza... as its supposed to be an amusement park ride of varying textures and flavors - that is what defines a pizza.

the springiness of the dough.... the crunch of the crust, the elastic stretch of the cheez, the crispy onions, the sinewy steak, the sweat pineapples... the plop of a full olive ... need i go on? -_-

No experience with handling dough.
Considers mushrooms and black olives a "roller coaster ride" of flavors and textures.

First brisket flat. The whole brisket was wat too big for my smoker so I separated the point from the flat. Smoked with applewood for 6 hours til 170F then wrapped in foil for 2 hours and let it rest for 2.
