Instead of toasting the peppers in a pan, I've recently discovered that this shitty torch is WAY more convenient. Faster and less chance for burn.

Gonna get a bit of color on the SWEET onion, add garlic and the spices/herb, add beef, add liquid, simmer until the beef is nearly falling apart.
