A lot of things people add is just pure bullshit to make them feel like they are chefs. Theres absolutely no reason to put bread crumbs or egg in there. Just some generous sea salt and black pepper and compact the meat into a patty with your hands and thats enough.

I usually make beef mince gravy (millionbof). served over rice or mashed potato. Or beef mince curry (qeema). Sometimes, I make meatloaf. Occasionally hamburgers.

I'd eat it, looks okay. I've never made a burger patty before so you're a step ahead of me.
Couple of questions though:
Where's the egg? Under the lettuce?
How come the filling is upside down like that? I've always done my burgers:
top bun
tomato
lettuce
sauce
cheese
patty
bottom bun
Any bacon/egg/whatever would go either on or under the sauce. I think I just do it this way because takeaways/restaurants do it and I assumed that was the optimal system.
