When I lived in Morocco, we had a big Thanksgiving shindig with all the expats. I made a vegetarian stuffing in a tagine just by chunking bread, cooking up some mirepoix, adding water, spices, salt, and then baking it on the stove in the tagine. Went over pretty damn well.
