A little. I had that kind of bread when I lived in Germany, but never seen a doner place that had it in the US. Not enough vegetables or sauce, though.

Doner recipe
500g lamb mince(you can use beef if you want, pork if you want to be extra haram)
1 diced onion
3tbsp oregano
1tbsp minced garlic
1tbsp salt
1tbsp pepper
1) Mix everything
2) Shape it into sort of a turdlike structure
3) Put that thing in the oven for like whatever
4) Serve in some pita and vegetables
Of course it's not a true doner kebab unless it's being served by a sweaty turkish man.
