I use spreads and oils interchangeably. If I don't have butter, I'll use whatever kind of margarine or oil I have available, and vice versa.

Hah, so did I for a long time anon. It looks so much more like butter than other margarines.
I avoid margarine though, butter tastes better. Kerrygold is my preferred choice but Land O Lakes is good as well.

Yeah, for the most part. We tend to think cultured butter tastes cheesy. I've only had it a few times but I think it's pretty good.
