I need to bake something tonight that can accommodate around 20 people and doesn't take more than an hour or so. What should I bake?

True. Napoleons are good...especially when you break free from traditional vanilla cream and use fruits and jams, coulis etc etc etc.

I like to use strawberries, raspberries sometimes blueberries. It gets more difficult to eat but so worth it.

Could just put into cream filling during whipping process, easier solution overall. Chocolate and fruit pair well, so instead of using ganache and royal icing to make the top, the OP could use ganache and coulis.
Makes sense to me.
