its called a pomelo, and unless you plan on pickling the rind its pretty useless

You cut it in ledges like a watermelon, and pick the flesh from the rind with your hands.
Kind of like a mix between apples and oranges.

it's a fucking pomelo. just slice it up or take a spoon and eat it. you can't really use it for anything else
