You obviously won't see fairy kei and the usual pastel stuff there but there is a victorian picnic where you would always find lolitas of every kind.

Great example.
WGT seems more focused on bands than brands, so even lolitas tend to dress down for party time. i don't know if there is much visual kei or other jgoth represented there.
also, does anyone have a better quality version of pic related? it is a WGT photo from a GLB and i can't seem to locate a better resolution, or find out which issue it was in.
