Not with that attitude you won't. But if you're willing to work with your height and look for dresses that fit, maybe you will. Look for dresses with longer measurements, or add an underskirt if it fits the coord. Look for worn pictures of a dress where you know the person's height, so you can better judge how it will fit on you. All else fails, get something custom sized. Some indie brands will do it.
