I am a girl, and I don't think I can cosplay men convincingly, if it helps.

Kylo Ren? There's enough layers to hide any curves, if youre flat chested it shouldn't be too much of a problem but even if you do have boobs you could wear a binder.

Every relevant female ghoul has some form of mask at some point. (many of the males are also pretty girly looking)
Also the persona series has quite a few personas that wear masks, plus persona 5's theme is literally masks if you wanna cosplay something super new.
