Lady_Licorice posts a lot of pics of her sewing progress and almost no costests. She's currently making a Sakizou costume and it looks amazing.

what do people prefer to see on cosplay instagrams? right now mine is mostly selfies with a few actual photos; should I post stuff like WIPs or would that be off putting?

I actually really like to see costests, but a few WIPS here and there are very nice as well. I try to keep mine very cosplay related

I like to see like professional photos mixed with con photos. So selfies are fine. I don't mind some costests, I just dislike when the main content is costests.
