I want to sew together Hanekawa's pajamas for the Kizu premier on the the 27th. What is the best way to print the cat pattern on orange fabric?

What type of paint is she using?

Seems like its just fabric paint
Not OP's cosplayer but I made Hanekawa awhile ago. I made a stencil that I traced onto the fabric with white pencil and then painted all the cats in. I think I sponge stamp would work really well too followed with painting in spots that didn't fill.
I used Jaquard Fabric Paint because I feel it goes on smoother, goes with the flow of fabric, and doesn't doesn't crack much as Petal over time. I've had this costume and have actively worn it since 2012 I think and only see small cracks on my cats in high stress areas (thighs and near the crotch).

Thanks for the tips I think the sponge stamp is a good idea.

Ayy I'm thinking about doing black hanekawa to see kizu too! Although if i do it i'm gonna be a lazy basic bitch and do this outfit. I just don't trust myself to actually get it done by then if i try to actually sew anything. I'm gonna see if i can find clothes to alter to do Karen first though but if I can't i'm opting for this outfit.
