Reverse image search brings it up as a polyester/rayon blend and "Burberry" fabric as per Google translate (which seems to mean nearly any plain-weave mid weight fabrics) and the bustle is cut on the bias for the drape.

The lace on this is pretty meh. I'm glad I didn't get it now. It's still nice, but not nice for JetJ's price tag.
