Hanayo's hasn't even cut hers, it may just be he framing but it looks like's umi's has been bobbed. That eli is simply a train wreck, it's completely wrong, there's no parting and the curls should fall behind the hear, rin's is the wrong shade, I don't think nico is even wearing a wig and the proportions of honoka's ponytails are all over the place.
The wigs are very, very sloppy. I mean, for such neat ( and most likely bought) costumes you'd think they'd know how to style their wig.

I went back to see, it's indeed DJ Sona (I don't play LoL so I didn't know the character at all), and her explanation is this:
"Unfortunately the helmet and suit was not ready for appearance during this time so I used a replacement with the Virtual Diva: Hatsune Miku". I can only presume she already had the Miku outfit lying around somewhere. Can't see any pictures of it on Amino though, who knows.
Doesn't make it less weird of a choice, of course. The character doesn't look anything like Miku.
