Droopy eye makeup?

Anyone know a way to make your eyes look "droopy" with makeup? Have looked for tutorials but have only found ways to fix droopy eyes or whatever. My eye shape is somewhere around almond/upturned. Pic related, cosplaying genderbent Gray in May. I'm relatively new to makeup so any general tips would be appreciated too. Thanks gulls!

Look up some gyaru eye makeup tutorials or gyaru eyemakeup in general. Also tare eye might help you as well as ulzzang puppy eyes

These are just examples of how to achieve a droopy form. It's mostly about eyeliner and a darker shadow on the lower outer corner of your eye

Any tips on making almond shaped eyes look bigger (without the use of contacts)? I wear glasses so my eyes look even smaller with them on and it looks like I have tiny little eyes.

Yes. do your liner like top right

Also highlight your tearbags! Maybe apply some short upper lashes

Would liquid or pencil eyeliner both do the same? Sorry if I sound stupid, I just want to know since I know pencil can create softer lines while liquid makes it look sharper.

Thanks for your tip! Will try to do that next time.

Not anon, but I would go with liquid. It's a droopy look but you still want pretty defined upper lines, if that makes sense. I kind of cheat and use pencil/crayon for my lower lashline and then a white shimmer for inner corners.

If you WANT soft lines use a waterproof gel liner. Otherwise use a waterproof liquid liner. Refrain from the pencil liners, they dry out very quick and the color fades very fast

Ohh I see what you mean. Thanks for your help!

Thanks for your advice! I will try to avoid pencil liners. I thought they were suppose to be pretty dry when using them but it always hurts my eye lids. I will try the liquid liner then.
