Some of the German shipgirls do have masculine names, but I am sure she would be fine being a girl with masculine name.
I think she would be more embarrassed if she couldn't please Bismarck properly than just wondering whether her name should be feminine or not.

I don't thing there were any ships with feminine names at all because the Kriegsmarine named their ships after popular military leaders, animals and cities/regions.

Ernst Lindemann, the captain of the Bismarck, personally ordered for the ship to be referred to as a "he" instead of a "she"; he thought that Bismarck was too powerful to be called a female. Just wanted to put that out there.
