Today I got an email from someone stating the following:
"Hi, I came across your website a while ago and was concerned to see you don't have a disclaimer that no persons under the age of 18 are involved in your business. May I suggest you add a disclaimer concerning no requests under the age of 18? I am sure you do not want any bad press and I thought this would be helpful.
Thanks and looking forward to hearing back from you"

I work in CS for an 18 plus site and I handle about 200 emails per day..
This seems to some of cheap blackmail attempt...

After I got the first email earlier this year, I did copy a disclaimer from a different adult website and hastly modified it, though I didn't replied to him.

I'm just assuming you are operating Stateside, if so just ignore me. But if you are, try looking into USC 2257:

I'm also a sperg, but is this just a chat website? Any camwhoring involved? If there are girls on camera, you are required to have documentation of the girl's age being 18+. i.e. a copy of ID, etc.

This is what I do. Im a legalbro and I have an unrelated website that uses lots of pictures. I have the rights to 90% of the images.
Legal notices are always good so my website contains a legal notice what kind of license I use and if someome finds something wrong with my content they are free to contact me.
I have a secret encrypted administration which images are mine or have the rights to and which aren't. If someone contacts me about something that's not mine I always comply. "Oopsie I dont know who put it there but thanks for informing me. I cant check if you are the owner unless you send me your ID and some way to prove what you say but of course I'm a nice guy so I'll take your word for it."

Well I know that in some European countries you are also required to keep records (ID/passport copies even) of all porn models you put on your site. But I'm not sure if this is also true if you dont make the porn yourself. That would be extremely impractical after all. But it can never hurt to try and cover your ass in some way.

Believe it or not, but the laws of the world don't relate to the laws of the Internet. Where your hosting is located, is what laws you're to follow. You have hosting in Russia, China, Philippines, Thailand, or another non-USA off-shore hosting that allows porn no matter; you're good and it doesn't matter what a disclaimer or not. It is completely up to your hosting provider on what you can host, you follow their rules. Hosting providers will turn a blind eye on many different topics due to beliefs, culture, or simply business. This is the main reason piracy is a complete cluster, is that Hollywood doesn't have their hands in the bum-fuck-no-where China, where $3 a month gets you a mansion. Just make sure you have a good host and ignore the e-mails.
