1. You could pretty much do it yourself with Google Apps Script. It's a cloud based web programming platform that uses JavaScript. The code itself would only be like 15 lines long.
2. Depends where the email accounts information is being stored. Are we talking basic SQL servers? If so it would be a simple data query. You could drop it all into an excel spreadsheet and then run your script to that. Not the most time effective for 3 million records but the most simple.
3. If it's in an excel spreadsheet it would be easy to sort and manipulate.
If I was taking the project I would charge you like $80/hr and take 2 weeks to do it although it would take only a couple hours lol. Trust me you're better off doing some basic research and doing it yourself. Check out Google App scripts, create a simple example then go from there.

Thanks, do you think that Google Apps Script is the best way to do this all with google accounts? I am trying to use POP and various other accounts too. Also for the database - what is the best way to ingest and organize millions of these emails, it gets a little crazy and trying to figure out the best solution to organizing them. Like a droplet I can drop in the files and they all get sent into a master database.

I don't have an answer, but I do know a little.
Many email servers will block any email with over 250 recipients. So a lot of office workers take the time to break email lists into blocks of 200 and email them one by one.
Also, maybe you could call constant contact and ask them about it? I think they are the king of email marketing right now.

Question sort of related to the OP.
I have a whole bunch of emails from a very specific demographic that I could very easily target with a bunch of affiliate products.
Problem is all the emails belong to the same institution and if I send them all an affiliate link in the most respectful way possible, the institution could try and investigate where they came from.
How can I do this as anonymously as possible considering I need to put in my details to sign up for affiliate programs?
What ways could they try and find out who sent the emails or profited from them?

What is the demographic? What is your timeline? You could partner up with someone who does the sending and figure out a way to cut them in on a percentage.

I was describing AOL spamming in the late 90's. It's not like picking money up off the ground anymore, not like it was back then. You literally needed 4 programs that could be whipped up in vb in a matter of hours. The page you spammed would automatically download and execute a program that would dial a 1-900 number, connecting the customer to shitty, laggy porn for 12.99/min with a 60/40 profit sharing system with your affiliate. The first thing I ever coded was an auto-clicker with proxy support to rape pay-per-click affiliates, second was a winsock spammer. I was getting $700 checks from Adult Revenue Service when I was in the 6th grade.
AIM spamming sattelite tv always returned the best profit, though.
Now I just use the computer to jack off and watch movies. :(
