Awesome, that was the kind of answer I was looking for, we are considering giving a good margin for the performers so that we can get a solid base of performers and not so much rotation wise, we are also givin the performers an option to report or ban users for abuse or harrassment. For the privacy we are still working to find a way to get that to work. The margins we will set, will be based on the perfomer talent(outgoing, charismatical, beauty, etc..etc..) and also based on her/his retention time of the customers and new customer suscriptions.

Billing will be a nightmare for you to setup. You'll have chargebacks out the ass and you'll NEED to use an overseas bank, and they will probably end up holding your money if you get too many chargebacks in one month.

OP, if I were you I would make it as a platform offering instead of a contracting thing like I see. Most performers (except for the good ones) really want more control over their environment and rules. Some want to do private only, some would rather not get naked. Some would like the rules in very large print (as some performers lose their absolute shit when some animiated gifs are posted)

Also for the guests. Implement a non-delivery recourse. I can't count how many times I I have seen a large tip go through the performer doesn't deliver
