Single people that live alone, how much do you spend per month on food and drink?
I mean purely for sustenance. I'm not counting going out to bar, getting wasted etc.

~<150/month. Costco, grocery shopping mostly. Cut down on the fast food bullshit, and intelligently shop discounts/offbrands/coupons without putting much effort into it.
600 or so. Damn you whole paycheck.
$150-200
Just become anorexic, start working out, stop bring single.

$300
2-300/mo but I throw toiletries and such under this category as well
450-530
I live in Iceland so it's harder than you think. Things here are expensive.

About $50/week. I bring my lunch to work and eat mostly at home with an occasional diner outing with my fiancé.
Around 100 a month
I buy alot of vegetables and meat in bulk
I also each the same meal almost every other day
150 a month because thats how much my food stamps card gets every month. I spend it all in the first 20 days on expensive stuff like goat milk. Then I starve and/or live off leftovers for the next 10 days.
$170 - $200 a month. Plus once a week pizza with relatives, which I don't pay for.
Mostly I buy stuff like: salmon, shrimp, chicken, frozen berries, sweet potatoes, maybe a coconut, broccoli, peppers, eggs, milk, apples, OJ...
$100 dollars a month, I drink nothing but tap water. My diet consists of rice, potatoes, various vegetables, and beef.

300ish
i refuse to not go out once or twice and do something nice for myself like have a nice Blackened sirloin and Crab legs
Food: €150 per month max
Drink: I only drink tab water
I cook all my meals myself, on the weekend I cook large amounts and freeze/refrigerate to take to work. Everything I make is really good, but if needed I could survive on about €80-100 a month and eat less variation but throw in a vitamin pill.
If I eat out aloy 150 a week. If i cook my own. About $75 a week, if im frugal $40 a week.
If im rice and beans $10 a week
About $300, but I only eat organic and high quality stuff.
