I've been planning on starting a company, but the first thing I want to do is move away from New York, since I've lived in this state my whole life and have come to hate it.
I was thinking of Washington, but have also considered British Columbia. (I've also thought of California, if only for the weather)
What would be the best place to move to and start a business that isn't too "southern"?
