Note that if you have enough money and no real political enemies, you're basically immune to prosecution. Putin wanted some oligarchs gone, so he took some down, for example, but in general, if you're super rich they can't and won't touch you. Smaller criminals often get screwed in the end, like Belfort. Note that Madoff was only caught because his own sons snitched on him (it was probably going to fail anyway, but yeah).

There could be a physical "menu" as well as one that can be viewed on smartphones. You just drive through, tell them what you want, and they grab it for you and you pay.
