Take an entry level warehouse job. Take initiative and work as a team leader, always pushing people in your crew to do better, and keep attention to detail. As long as you aren't an annoying fuck about it the management should notice.

Start taking classes in a community college? Maybe get some IT certifications. They can often develop into great careers if you keep up and learn the relevant technologies.

Acquire skills relevant to a field you wish to enter and attempt to do so. Get IT certs, go to trade school, whatever it takes.
Also, maybe start working out so your next trap gf doesn't leave you again for a guy who's so greasy not even a grainy snapchat can hide it.
