In roughly 6 weeks I will be launching my first ever business.
I have calculated that I will make a minimum of $17k a year or a maximum of $1.2m a year.
So somewhere between those two numbers is where i'll be looking at.
>is it worth it?
Thats too small of a range, maximum is too close to the minimum...

Joint venture, we have vendors who provide the stock. Chefs who provide and wrote meal plands that actually taste really good, and delivery drivers.

Isn't having vendors enough? Out of curiosity, what is your thought process in paying chefs, as in, why isn't that unnecessary overhead?

Because none of us have any catering expirience, plus its only 2 chefs who work part time putting together recipes when we want them too, they have jobs at restaurants too.
