Canadian here, why don't more people invest to own a Tim Hortons, yes I know you need 1.5 mil to own but it's better than buy a house here for 1 mil. Plus they make so much money in prime locations. For Americans, Tim Hortons is like your Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts.

Sorry to break the news to you, but Tim Horton's isn't Canadian - they are owned by Burger King.

Used to be Canadian before it was bought out.

How much profit would you take home every year? Assuming you have a manager run everything for you, it would just be a passive income source right?
>>
Out east is crazy. Near my house there are two Tim's on the same forecourt, and yet they're both full all the time.

I can't understand it, especially considering the coffee from an enema would taste better

Depending on the location, I swear some tims take home anywhere between 200k-500k every year in sales. And yea, it would be on the side.

But Tim Hortons is only in Canada
>>

So you're basing it off guestimations? Got any hard numbers? Also sales is not the same as profit.

It's a cheap, somewhat tasty place to stop by at.

I can definitely see the popularity. I don't personally use it much at all, I've been maybe 4 times to Tim Hortons in the last 3 years.

True but a good estimation, there is one near my condo that is open 24 hours and is the only tim hortons in the condo residential area of over 60k people. They literally make like 2-5 every one or two minutes

2-5 Dollars

Their coffee is shit.

They're in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and New York.
