Alright guys I graduate from Uic fiance in 1 year and I want to make sure I get a decent job right out of college. Here is what I have so far

>Shit grades but only in non major courses
What else do I need to make myself stand out guys? Please help a fellow /biz/ness man out

Are there any banking qualifications you can begin prepping for?
I know in Ireland, a lot of banks/finance places would have their employees complete QFA (qualified financial advisor) exams. Maybe there's an Institute of Banking website you can get more info from.
Look at the job listings and see what they are looking for in graduate hires, and see if you can achieve any of those things before you graduate.
