What are the most important skills to have to be employable?

Are there any non-STEM skills that are applicable?

Good interviews = Friendly, easy talker, good looking.

I suck at math meaning that my type of intelligence doesn't lie there.

i.e. basic math isn't hard for me, but I could never be a programmer or engineer. Just don't have that kind of brain.

STEM fields suck and aren't hiring. Get a job in Finance or something. There you only need to know how to network and have an understanding of the financial system.
