I have about $270 in robinhood. But I'm not sure what to do with $2k. I thought about dumping it into acorns or looking at the top 50 performers on investopedia simulator and just copy them.
The reason being. I'm scared to take responsibility for $2k worth of stocks and losses on that amount. I'm fine with losing 10% on my $270 investment. But 10% on $2000 is a lot.
This is my current robinhood portfolio

losing 200 is nothing, you are not ready to invest in the stock market

I know $200 is nothing. I've seen the RH generals of people losing half their portfolio in a single day. Literally thousands. I just wouldn't be too happy about it. That's two days wage for me
Btw I'm 22. And still in college. I have no debt(loans/credit card/etc)

How does one become ready to invest? is it simply being willing to lose everything?

yes, you shouldn't go to a casino without the knowledge that everything in your pocket might be forfeit
if you're not prepared for that then do the smart thing and just index your money
