It seems that in our particular state that it is illegal to purchase bitcoin and websites will not allow us to purchase bitcoin from our accounts because of our state. are we just completely screwed in our endeavours to buy bitcoin, or is there another way to transfer funds to a bitcoin wallet where it's illegal?
