Hey /biz/, college fag here. I'm an undergrad student in Switzerland who's believing the finance meme.
I have to choose between Management or Economics for my upcoming year.
Which one is the most valuable for the finance path?

There are different kinds of management majors, some are about a marketable as economics, others are in less demand.
Your own skills are a factor of course.
Management

Thx for replies.
From what I've seen, all the courses are more like business administration than real "management" - or what I thought management was-
Mainly HR, logistic, consumer behaviour and so on.
If a put my question upside down ; is economics needed to go to finance? Such as macro-/microeconomics.

both macro and micro economics is important in finance. Understanding them both really helps bring everything you learn in finance classes together
